Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing multi-layered teams in a call
center, customer support, or telehealth setting
Proven track record in team leadership and operational planning
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs to drive
improvement
Strong coaching skills with a passion for team development
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-growing
environment
