Job Description:

A company is looking for a TPO Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities

Underwrite 2-3 new loans daily, ensuring compliance with investor and agency guidelines
Maintain 24-48 hour turn times and clear UTC conditions within 24 hours
Assist in training new underwriters and support loan officers with scenario explanations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3-5 years of experience as an Underwriter with knowledge of the mortgage business
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience with FHA/VA/Agency loans and Direct Endorsement (DE)
LAPP/SAR preferred
Knowledge of Encompass LOS
