Our client, a nationwide leader in commercial manufacturing, has an immediate need for an experienced Machine Shop / Production Supervisor, to join their winning team in Northampton.

Our candidate of choice will bring experience delivering first-class machining, fabrication, & mechanical repair services to a broad spectrum of industries. This is a second shift role.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Programming, set up, and operation of CNC Vertical / Horizontal Machining Centers & CNC Lathes
Interact with customers (via phone or in person) regarding any emergency work needed during 2ndShift, and manufacture parts as necessary.
Communicate with 3rdShift Supervisor to pass along critical instructions & details for that shift



KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5+ years' experience as a CNC Machinist
Must know Fanuc and/or Mazak controls
Ability to interpret, edit, and program g-code efficiently
Mastercam experience a plus!
