Housekeeping Aide / Cleaner

• Schedule: 40 hours/week, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Includes: One weekend per month
• Pay: $16.95 - $18.30/hour + $1.25/hour weekend differentialAbout Us:

  As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play an essential role in keeping our facility clean, safe, and welcoming. You will be responsible for sanitizing and maintaining resident and public areas, following infection control protocols, and partnering with other departments to ensure high-quality standards for residents, staff, and visitors.Why Join Fairmount?

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Basic computer skills to complete training and access scheduling/payroll portals
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor

    • Ability to read and understand chemical labels and safety instructions

      • Follow instructions for proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
      • Clean and disinfect public areas, resident rooms, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces
      • Maintain infection control and sanitation standards
      • Clean equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers
      • Keep housekeeping cart and supply closets organized and stocked
