Job Description:

Our client, a nationwide leader in commercial manufacturing, has an immediate need for an experienced Estimator, to join their winning team in Northampton.

Our candidate of choice must be organized, analytical, focused on accuracy, and have good verbal and written communication skills and bring the ability to work with diverse personalities and with several departments (including shop supervision, purchasing, detailing, etc.). You will have an excellent understanding of manufacturing practices, opportunities and limitations, proficiency in reading/interpreting blueprints and specifications is required.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3+ years' experience estimating/project managing in a machine/fabrication shop environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Autocad/Solidworks Ability
ASME CODE experience a Plus
Job duties include business development, estimating, detailing, project management of work orders, and assisting in production scheduling.
