Supervisor has general responsibility for supervising and
coordinating all aspects of the daily operation of the warehouse in
a manner consistent with company goals and objectives. This
includes assistance with employee relation matters, assuring
employees understand FDA/GMP guidelines, company and departmental
policies and procedures, safety regulations, and quality assurance
guidelines.--Responsibilities: Essential DutiesSupervises
activities related to the development and management of an
organization's supply chain.Oversees the work of a team that
coordinates the movement of raw materials, in-process goods or
completed merchandise.Administers strategies meant to optimize
organizational inventory levels and support organizational business
objectives.Forecasts demand or predicts inventory needs based on
analysis of historical data.Maintains contact with vendors and
submits purchase orders or requisitions in order to ensure a
continuous supply of goods.Uses working knowledge of the field's
policies, procedures and practices.Responsible for department
safety and training.Leads and directs the work of other
employees.Typically has some authority for personnel decisions
related to hiring, performance or disciplinary actions.The job

time.--Expertise: Knowledge & SkillsRequires full working knowledge
of relevant business practices and procedures in professional
