Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Operations
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Customer Success programs to support the
customer lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall
customer experience
Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of
Customer Success initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer success operations or a related
field, preferably in SaaS or FinTech
Database and data connection experience, with understanding of
SOQL/SQL
Proficiency in multiple CRM systems and work management tools
Advanced level and/or other Salesforce certifications required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights
