Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Operations
Analyst to support its Global Customer Success Organization.
Key Responsibilities
Receive feedback from Success teams to define strategic projects
and process improvements
Work cross-functionally with other teams to support operational
programs aligned to organizational strategy
Manage scalable activities of the Success organization, focusing on
reporting and customer health tools
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success operations, preferably
in SaaS or Enterprise-focused organizations
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Customer Success Platforms;
familiarity with Snowflake, Zendesk, and Tableau is a plus
Experience with customer health metrics, renewal forecasting, and
Success KPIs
Proven ability to implement scalable programs and processes
Flexibility to adapt responsibilities as the organization
evolves
