Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Platform Operations Analyst to
support the implementation and operation of its Platform technology
for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating Platform implementation activities and
delivery of configured software to clients
Help maintain project documentation and track technical
requirements
Support the creation of project plans by gathering and organizing
technical information
Required Qualifications
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals
with relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Apps Suite
Willingness to learn JIRA and project management tools
Basic understanding of or willingness to learn SQL
Interest in healthcare technology platforms
