Job SummaryAmericold is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility.Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, providing accurate information and direction to ensure timely delivery and storage.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues related to damaged or missing items, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Communicate effectively with carriers to guarantee proper shipping and delivery of materials.
• Identify and address discrepancies in inventory, including overages, shortages, and damages.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
