**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at Pennsy
Supply Inc. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for
operating various pieces of heavy equipment, including loaders,
excavators, dozers, graders, etc.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
* Perform daily pre-startup procedures
* Discuss production plans with supervisor
* Move materials and equipment as needed
**Requirements**
* Familiarity with heavy equipment and daily equipment
checklist
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills
