discussions and writing activities and will lead small-group
workshop sessions and report on the group's progress to the
director both during the program and via written evaluations after

Job Duties
Reporting to the Associate Director for Student Recruitment and
Director of the Summer Workshop, the Summer Workshop for Young
Writers - Teaching Assistant will support and assist in the Summer
Workshop for Young Writers at the Kelly Writers House.

Job Location
This position will be assigned to work at the Kelly Writers
House.
Pay and Hours
This position pays an amount not to exceed $2500. This position is
expected to average 20 to 30 hours a week, beginning 7/9/2023
through 7/19/2023.
Qualifications
A high school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and
experience, are required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Ideal candidate will have an interest or background in literary
arts, community outreach, creative arts, or education.

Pay Range
Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications,
experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the
requirements of the position, as well as internal and market
