Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist to provide
exceptional customer service in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for members, ensuring an
exceptional experience
Gather information to determine member eligibility and respond to
requests in a timely manner
Document interactions and navigate multiple internal systems while
maintaining compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
3 years of direct customer service experience
Some college education required; Associate degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Healthcare experience is a plus
Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus
