Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trainer I to develop and conduct
training programs for Member and Provider Service roles in contact
centers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analyses to identify specific training
requirements
Develop and evaluate training programs, including cost and benefit
analyses
Maintain records of training activities and assist in auditing
staff work
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or
healthcare environment
