Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Success Team Lead to manage a team of support analysts and ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Define team and individual goals, training plans, and conduct performance reviews
Track key metrics and prepare reports on team performance and client feedback
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience in the utility software industry
3 - 5 years of people management experience
Experience with CRM software (FreshDesk, Jira, Zendesk)
Previous experience in leading a team of 5+ people
Familiarity with CIS, ERP, EAM software applications
