Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Training and
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate new hire orientation programs and deliver interactive
training sessions
Develop SCORM-compliant e-learning courseware and record training
events for the corporate LMS
Coordinate training initiatives and assist in the facilitation of
training events via web and video conferencing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, Training, Organizational
Development, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in live and virtual training delivery in a
corporate environment required
Familiarity with webinar and web-conferencing applications strongly
preferred
Experience with learning management system administration
preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated training
environments preferred
