About the RoleAlera Group, a leading insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Producer to join their team. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Utilize sales and marketing techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Alera Group's presence in the commercial insurance market.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance on insurance solutions.
• Insurance Solutions: Collaborate with underwriters and marketing representatives to develop and implement customized insurance solutions for clients.
• Account Management: Work closely with Account Executives to provide direction and oversight on client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients.Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, risk management).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed in Life & Health Insurance in the state of PA or willingness to obtain within the first three months of employment.
