Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead exam development and ensure processes meet legal defensibility
requirements
Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to create new
certifications and improve existing processes
Conduct exam analysis and manage feedback cycles to enhance exam
quality and performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing curriculum or
certification programs in a SaaS environment
Experience with digital credentialing programs and high-stakes test
development
Proven track record of delivering quality projects on time
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
History of building and managing successful credentialing
functions
