Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telecom Senior Network Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, acquire, and implement voice and data network
services for Call Center technology
Manage infrastructure related to voice and data networks, ensuring
performance, integrity, and supportability
Provide advanced customer support for existing call center tools
and consult on capabilities of the call center environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work
experience
Experience with IP networks and internet technologies
Exposure to Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE, Engage Call Recording,
and VoIP technologies
Skilled in Project Management with the ability to handle small
projects
