Job Description Summary
The main responsibility of this position is to perform radioligand
binding assays as part of a high throughput screening
platform. This includes preparing fibrils and human/murine tissue
samples, human primary
and immortalized cell line processing, and lysate preparation;
performing tritium and iodine-125 radioligand
screening assays, including scale up to high throughput screening,
and BRET assays. A secondary responsibility is to plan and conduct
in vitro autoradiography on animal and human brain samples for the
NIH funded U19 Center Without Walls for Imaging Proteinopathies
with PET

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications,
experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the
requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges
