Job Description Summary
The Research Specialist B performs experiments using a variety of
techniques. The position requires assisting the principal
investigator with set-up of new laboratory space, including
ordering, set-up and maintenance of supplies and equipment, and
assistance with transfer of laboratory protocols, laboratory
website, and other new lab logistics as needed. The position also
requires laboratory purchasing, including obtaining quotes from
sales representatives and selection of optimally priced laboratory
reagents.
Position is contingent upon continued grant funding.

Bachelor of Science and 1 to 3 years of experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications,
