Your Role:
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of
admission
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients
and the healthcare team
Deliver direct patient care, focusing on education and
rehabilitation
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Support discharge planning from day one to promote continuity of
care
Communicate effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and
interdisciplinary team members
Maintain a safe and positive work environment
What You Need:
Active RN license in NJ
BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Acute care or rehabilitation nursing experience is a plus
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
