Job SummarySodexo is seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team in the Outpatient Bariatric Medicine department at a leading healthcare network. As a Nutrition Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their weight management goals.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients via telehealth and provide personalized guidance on nutrition and wellness.
• Develop and implement effective nutrition plans to support patient weight loss and overall health.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and portion control.
• Assist with program development, promotion, and marketing to increase patient engagement and retention.Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) certification or eligibility for registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient outcomes.
