Lifesong Hospice and Palliative Care is a subsidiary of Country Meadows Retirement Communities. We are searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has the hospice heart to join our team in a management capacity.As a RN Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to set the standard among our team. Masters degree in healthcare or business preferred.Two years of management experience in the area of palliative care, geriatric care, or hospice nursing.Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured.Knowledge of governmental regulations and Joint Commission standards.CPR certified and able to perform the physical tasks that are needed in this role.About Lifesong Hospice and Palliative Care:Working only in Country Meadows Retirement Communities, Ecumenical,Retirement Community and Providence Place Senior Living, Lifesong co-workers personalize hospice care plans to help our clients transition to be as comfortable as possible and tailored to their needs.
