Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Manager - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Manage remote teams, fostering leadership and employee
engagement
Provide support for claims, appeals, and internal departments while
monitoring daily workload for timely resolutions
Conduct training and coaching for staff, handle escalated issues,
and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in claims
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
5+ years of advanced claims adjudication experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred or comparable experience in the
healthcare field
Enthusiastic attitude and ability to adapt to changing
circumstances
