Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new or re-engineer existing processes in collaboration with
Process Champions
Create change management framework constructs and conduct gap
analysis and process road maps
Assist in the creation of training materials and train key
stakeholders on change management frameworks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or technology, or 3+
years of relevant experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams,
PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience in budgeting, finance, statistics, risk management, or
program/project management
Proficiency in change management practices
Experience with tools such as Jira and Kanban is preferred
