A company is looking for an Associate Director of
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Support fundraising activities to secure $17 million annually
through donor management
Build and maintain relationships with donors, developing
personalized cultivation strategies
Track proposal and grant requirements, ensuring accurate records in
the CRM platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Over six years of frontline fundraising experience with high net
worth individuals and institutional donors
Proven ability to secure six-to-seven-figure gifts from a diverse
donor portfolio
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Experience with CRM databases, preferably SalesForce
